SSA Golf Provincials 2025

Congratulations on advancing to the 2025 SSA Golf Provincial Championships!

All important and relevant information is contained in the Tournament Information/Technical Package found below. 
Please check back and re-download documents the day prior to coming as the information is dynamic and can and will be updated.  You will see the latest revision date at the bottom of each page of the booklet.

All schools attending must fill out:
1 - Coach/Supervisor Registration Form for every coach/supervisor attending
2 - Player registration form for every player attending from your school

As per the Tournament Information Package (called the Technical package), do NOT send payment with your team/player/coach/supervisor.  The South Zone will be invoicing each zone who will in turn invoice all the schools.  Please note "no shows" are subject to full tournament fee.

Course and time information:

The girls will play Paradise on Monday (9:00am shotgun) then Magrath on Tuesday (10:00am) shotgun.
The boys will play Magrath on Monday (10:00am shotgun) then Paradise (9:00am shotgun) on Tuesday.

The Tournament Information/Technical Package is a LIVE document.  It may be updated several times prior to the event.  Please wait until the revision in the footer says "FINAL REVISION" until you print your final copy.

Q&A:

Q - Do I register alternates?
A - No.  If you need to sub in an alternate email Shawn directly.

Q - What time do the tournaments start and end?
A - See above.  We hope to be done by 4pm on both days.  Likely early at Paradise as we start earlier there.

Q - What's with having to volunteer as a coach?
A - It is crucial we have group supervisors for our players to keep score in the golf genius app.  In the South we mandate our supervisors to do so and our tournaments run flawlessly.  We have results done and potential playoffs identified before the kids even make it back to the clubhouse.  As a coach you are not allowed to coach your players anyway, so why not help out make the tournament smooth and successful?
